PLASTIC CD CASES  

Plastic CD Cases are a relatively new option when it comes to disc packaging, and are often referred to as Clamshells or C-Shells. These new cases hold a single CD or DVD, and are available in both round and square shapes. The cases are made from clear, soft plastic, polypropelene material. While plastic CD cases do not feature a spine, or any other area to place a label, they are clear and allow the disc surface, and any printing on the disc, to be read easily for organization and convenient retrieval. 

Plastic CD Cases are very handy for whenever you need to mail a disc out, as they are slim and pliable. They are also a great solution whenever you want to carry loose discs around with your laptop, or in your briefcase or backpack. However, they aren’t ideal for retail sale. Yet, Plastic Cd Cases can also come with holes making them perfect to be place in 3-ring binders fairly easily, which makes them ideal for inclusion within binders filled with training or sales material. You may also wish to keep your cds in Plastic CD Cases that are more like traditional rice-paper record sleeves. Plastic cd sleeves will not scratch your delicate cds, but it will provide strong and clear storage. Plastic CD sleeves can come completely thin and clear, or with a slightly thicker and tougher polypropelene back with black soft safety lining.
